However canned fruit juice is not allowed. You can have all the fruits barring grapes, litchis, banana and mangoes. You can have as many fruits you want and can eat 20 times a day.

Watermelons, apples, pomegranates are great to start with the weight loss diet regime. Along with this, a walk of 30 minutes and 10 glasses of water is mandatory.

Day 2- Day With Veggies

The diet chart for weight loss on the second day includes only vegetables.  Now on the second day, your body is prepared for the diet as the first day the only nutrients that the body got was only from fruits.

Eat vegetables to your heart’s content and it may be boiled or raw. You can even start your day with a boiled potato with a pinch of salt and pepper. But that is it; one potato is enough for the day.

Now you can make a tasty salad with cabbage, onions, carrots, tomatoes, radish, and a little corn to add taste. You can also add broccoli to make your plate colorful.

Day 3- Fruity And Veggie Day

This day will be a combination of the first two days. Eat as much fruits and vegetables you want. But keep away from potatoes on this third day as you don’t need carbohydrates from potatoes as it is already supplemented by the fruits intake.

Your body is ready to burn those extra calories by now. Drink at least 12 glasses of water this day as it will keep you hydrated and keep your bowel system working properly.

Day 4- Banana Day

This is a banana day for you. Are you surprised; because banana has been considered as to help in the weight gain process? But in this case, the banana will only be the source of sodium and potassium in the body.

This is because in the past 3 days the salt intake in the body has reduced and so to compensate the loss banana is included in the diet. You are allowed to eat up to 6 bananas with 4 glasses of milk at the maximum.

This is the toughest day because you are allowed to eat only limited food on the fourth day.

Day 5- Tomatoes Are Great For Today

Day 5 is the lenient rule day for you after a tough day that is almost equal to fasting for the food lovers. By this time some people may have already shed 2 -3 kilos, however, the weight loss graph is not the same for everyone.

This day you are allowed to eat vegetables, a bowl of brown rice boiled, a cup of dal along with fruits. Tomatoes are mandatory on this day. Eat at least 6 tomatoes, 2 oranges, and 2 apples.

If you are a non-vegetarian, you can have up to 500 grams of chicken or meat. You can prepare soup with chicken and tomato. Increase your water intake to 14 glasses today to cleanse your body and for the proper digestion.

Day 6- Feast Day With Chicken

This day is just opposite of what you had on day 5. Today you are not allowed to munch on tomatoes. You can eat a bowl of boiled brown rice along with other boiled vegetables except tomatoes.

Today also you can eat up to 500 grams of chicken or 6 eggs divided into 3 meals. Water intake should not be reduced in any way whatsoever. You can have a cup of green tea today as it helps in the weight loss program. But tea or coffee is a strict no –no for the weight loss diet.

Day 7- Juicy Day

You must be feeling very happy today to have completed the 7 days challenge successfully; aren’t you? Now on the last day of your diet, you can have a glass of fruit juice preferably of orange.

You can have a bowl of boiled brown rice, half of a chapatti and other veggies along with a cup of dal. Make sure you drink enough water the whole day and do your exercises.
