INLIFE Chitosan Supplement

Chitosan is taken from chitin, a polysaccharide found in the exoskeletons of scavengers and cell dividers of growths. It is manufactured by removing the shells from the shellfish like lobster, shrimps and crabs.

Chitosan is a chemically processed form of the chitin. Squid pens are the waste product shells of squid processing and are an inexpensive and renewable source of chitosan.

Chitosan is one of the best sources of fibre that might help one lose weight because of its high content of the insoluble fibre. They are commonly available as chitosan tablets in India. You can get them as chitosan capsules too.

    Really good price for this product. Seems to work for helping weight loss as claimed. Doesn’t help if you expect to overeat and use it to limit calorie absorption, but does let you eat a “pre-diet” size meal and still get more like a diet size fat absorption… At least for me.
