i am taking supplements from very long as i am body builder i have knowledge about these supplements i like them hence i take them and these are helpful also – out of 5 star i will give 4.5 star rating i am cutting half star because fish oil gives fishy smell and burps that is not acceptable – i took other fish oil combination with calcium that was better – rest all is okay
