INLIFE Natural Flaxseed Oil Supplements

Flaxseeds come from the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum). Flaxseed oils are naturally occurring oils of the flax seeds that are pressed and removed. It has a neutral, pleasant taste.

Flaxseeds contain 40% of oil by weight, out of which 55% is omega 3 fatty acids and hence it is said that flaxseeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is a rich source of omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids which are very essential for a healthy living. Flaxseed oil contains the active form of omega-3 fatty acid known as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). The body converts ALA into EPA and DHA during metabolism and gives many health benefits.

Omega 3 fatty acids are known to effectively support joint health. Flaxseeds are known to be healthy for numerous reasons.
