    it is mostly used for kidney problems . looks like not into proper study . it is not effected in bodybuilding instead work best for unitary track . create pressure in urinary track to clean kidny and if kidny well that improve sexual performance in both male and female . i found two type one is spike type other round one without spike . want to know the difference between both .
