In the recent era, many people are suffering from gastric problems, and one of the main reasons for this problem is indigestion. There are several symptoms of this gastric problem like nausea, vomiting, burning sensation in stomach and chest, burping, etc. Basically, this problem happens due to the secretion of different acidic juices in the stomach. When these juices create problems with the lining of the stomach and in the esophagus, then we feel pain in our chest with a burning sensation which creates a huge discomfort in our body. Normally these can happen due to irregular eating habit and also for having spicy and oily foods regularly. But sometimes you may find these problems for other reasons also such as an ulcer in the stomach. There are many ways by which you can control this excessive gas trouble, and those are mentioned below.
Coriander leaves-
First of all, you can add coriander leaves in your diet plan as this herb has some great benefits which can reduce your gas problems easily. Again, this herb also takes care about the burning sensation in your stomach and chest. So you have to just roast the leaves of coriander, and you can have this with buttermilk or with a glass of boiled water.
Fennel seeds-
Secondly, you can also add Fennel seeds to your daily diet routine as this can help you to get rid of indigestion and so you will not face any gastric problem also. Actually, these fennel seeds contain very useful oil, which can control these gas problems and also nausea. Here you just have to mix the powder of these seeds with a glass of water, and you have to drink it two times in a day.
Black pepper-
Sometimes indigestion occurs due to the lack of secretion of our gastric juices especially hydrochloric acid. In this case, black pepper can help a lot to increase the number of gastric juices and thus you will not face any indigestion problems. You can find the powder of black pepper very easily on the market, and you just have to add some buttermilk to it and drink the mixture.
Cloves–
One of the best home remedies for gastric problems is adding cloves to the diet plan. You can have one or two cloves after your meal, and that can help you to digest your food properly by increasing the secretion of gastric juices.
Apple cider vinegar-
Sometimes people think that gastric problems occur only due to an excess amount of gastric juices in our stomach. But the fact is it can also happen for lack of juices also. So Apple Cider Vinegar can help you a lot in this case as if you have it, then the amount of juices in the stomach will increase and help you to digest your food more comfortably. Here you just have to add it with a cup of water and have to drink a couple of times a day. If you don’t like the taste of it, then you can also add some honey to the mixture also.
Garlic-
When it comes to controlling the gastric problem, then garlic can be a real solution for you. It is very efficient for improving your digestion process. If you want to have it, then you can add garlic to the soup, which contains a large amount of water because with the help of water you can digest garlic faster. Again, you can also have it with a cup of boiled water and in this case, you have to drink it 2 or 3 times a day.
Ginger-
Not only garlic but ginger is also a very effective ways to reduce the gastric problems. As this is one of the most important ingredients to cook several recipes so you can have this from those foods. Again, if you want, then you can also and ginger to a cup of tea, and this will help you to overcome the indigestion problem.
Lastly, there are other home remedies also for reducing these excessive gas troubles like cardamom, lemon, carom seeds, baking soda, etc. But if you have gastric and indigestion problem, then you should always drink a lot of water every day because it reduces the concentration of the gastric juices in our stomach which causes the gastric problems.

Migraines are usually the type of headaches that make you feel nauseated or give you vomiting sensation.
Acidity also leads to headache this happens mostly because of improper food habits especially if you are missing morning breakfast on regular basis.
You can try some home remedies such as drink ½ liter of water early morning
Consume ginger juice or ginger tea.
