Flax seeds, fish, walnuts, olive oil, are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are also good for hair growth. Why? Because almost 30% of your strands are omega-3 fatty acids only.

Castor Oil

The Vitamin E content and Omega-9 fatty acids present in castor oil maintains and promotes the health of hair. The oil is a little viscous to use alone.Mix it with an equal amount of coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil. Massage your scalp with the concoction of this oil and let it rest for about half an hour. after that, you can shampoo your hair as usual.

Adding essential oils like rosemary, peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus, thyme oil is also a good option. It will give added benefits to your hair.

This will improve the circulation of blood which in turn affects the stimulation of hair follicles. You can also be  deep condition your hair with a hot oil massage once or twice in a week.

This is the most popular and probably the easiest trick in the book on hair growth.Just flip your hair upside down for about five minutes daily. This method is believed to improve the blood circulation in the head and stimulate the hair follicles. When you have healthy hair follicles, then hair growth will definitely be fast.

Stay stress-free

Stress is the evilest enemy of your luscious strands. When you stress out too much, then hair loss is a sure shot. Stress disrupts the normal life cycle of hair and triggers the fall-out phase early in the hair follicles.
