I was taking fish oil capsules for years but always get irritated with its fishy burps which can come any point of time and when I heard about krill oil I tried the same and really it solved my problem without side effects

I haven’t been taking it long enough to notice results yet, but the smell from the bottle is VERY strong. It hasn’t upset my stomach but I have noticed an aftertaste some time after I’ve taken them as well as a few burps. I play soccer so I’m hoping it’ll help with my knees. However, I may research other brands simply from the smell of the pills.

This is a hard item to review, due to it being a long term health benefit. I can say that they are easy to swallow and do not have a rancid fish odor like some other types I have tried. I have learned from other fish or Krill oils, that if you keep them in the freezer until you take them, you wont get the fish burps.

This supplement has allowed me to stretch out the dosing on my rheumatoid arthritis medication. It definitely helps me reduce inflammation, and has no fishy taste. It’s been much more effective for me than fish oil.

A little over a year ago I started having health problems out of nowhere, I had been quite healthy my entire life prior. Very rarely even got common sickness i.e., common cold or headaches. I started having Blood pressure spikes out of nowhere. Serious ones, that were sending me to the emergency room feeling like I was having a stroke. They could never find signs of stroke or heart attacks in the emergency room testing. I even went on to see a cardiologist and after running all his tests he didn’t find anything wrong either. What they did do was start prescribing me blood pressure medicines. Nothing seemed to work, the elevation spikes would continue to come. I was prescribed a total of 6 different blood pressure medicines over a year trying to find something to control it. NOTHING worked. The spikes continued. The emergency room trips continued. Still today I do not know what caused this problem. I never found an answer.
Then my grand daughter recommended me to take INLIFE-Krill Oil and due to which it came under control now! I have had no more BP spikes and have not had to go to the emergency room. Nothing else has changed in my lifestyle or diet other than started taking the Krill Oil. I strongly recommend it mostly to aged group of people who are suffering with several problems nowadays.

I’ve had high cholesterol and triglycerides for over 30 years and have tried to lower it naturally with diet, exercise, other Omega-3 supplements, but this is the first product to work for me. After only taking it for 2 weeks of krill oil capsules from INLIFE, my blood labs just came back showing a 20 point reduction in my cholesterol and triglycerides went from 222 to 171 (within normal range for the first time in over 3 years). Before starting krill oil, I was waking up in the middle of the night with my eyes very dry and feeling like I had sand in them. After a few days of using krill oil capsules, I was sleeping through the night and waking with little to no dryness. After a couple of days, I have virtually stopped using eye drops and started frequently using krill oil capsules from INLIFE. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT FOR DRY EYES.

I’m a great fan of this product. My doctor advised taking fish oil and at first I was taking whatever was cheapest at the drug store. I didn’t know until I did a little more research that the type of oil and where it comes from matters more than you might think. In addition to all the health qualities. I really like the size and the shape of these gel caps. Like most products on the market these days, there is no after taste or gross burps that used to occur with taking supplements like these.

have been taking fish oil supplements for many years. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which seem to help with my cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as heart health. Just recently, I came across krill oil and learned that they are also one of the best sources of omega-3s but in a different form (phospholipid from) than fish oil (triglyceride form). Krill oil claims to be more bioavailable since the omega-3s in the phospholipid form are more readily absorbed by the body.

I have taken Omega-3 supplements for years on advice of my doctor and because I think they make me feel healthier. I decided to try the krill oil version instead for a month. I’ve never had digestive, skin or other problems with fish oil, and didn’t with Krill oil either.
