Amalaki Ghan is the most abundant source of vitamin C and is also known as Indian gooseberry. It is used in Ayurveda for 3,000 years or more now. It is known for its property to nourish and support the immune function of the body and also maintain blood sugar levels.

One of the properties of Vitamin C is also to help in iron absorption, and hence it aids in proper blood circulation in the body.
