It is also extremely high in iron, manganese, and magnesium. It contains slightly lower amounts of calcium, potassium, zinc, and phosphorus. It also contains essential fatty acids such as GLA.

INLIFE Spirulina capsules 500mg contains 60 capsules per pack. These are 100% Ayurvedic and Vegetarian.

Suggested Usage –  4 capsules daily in the morning on an empty stomach (preferably taken with warm water) or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Spirulina in the 500 mg tablets is the way to go for me. Personally, I don’t like the powder, because I don’t like the taste, and it doesn’t dissolve easily in water. The gel caps are too expensive, so the tablets are a nice compromise. Spriulina is probably the best all-around health food supplement, and you simply can’t beat the convenience factor!
