Memory is one of the important parts of our body rather in our brain that not only helps to recall anything but also helps to keep all things in our brain. Without memory, anyone cannot remember anything. The main secrets of the memory are all about the encoding system which actually helps to recall all information. Loci Association Method
This method is an ancient method as Ancient Greek orators and philosophers used to do the method for memorizing information and their relevant speeches. This method appeared in the early phase in history and again come back to the modern era. Through this method, you can encode information by remembering the locations. The ancient Greeks who used to walk through the streets and buildings used mainly this method and by seeing the circumstances every day; they could easily remember the location.
Six Sense Method
Apart from visual repetition, you must know about the five senses in our body that always help to choose the right one and through the help of these senses, you can do any work.
But if you can try to memorize the information from your six senses, then you will be successful to remember any information. Sometimes you must follow your six senses and if the result will massively match with your six senses that can help you to remember the information.

This is one of the most popular and simple methods to improve your memory. This method helps to remember the information through association of encoding the words. You can recall any difficult word by remembering the first letter of the word or phrase. Basically the short forms of any large word use in that method. As an example, SBI stands for State Bank of India; RBI stands for Reserve Bank of India; PNB stands for Punjab National Bank; JNU stands for Jawaharlal Nehru University, etc.
Acrostic Association Method
In this method, you can recall a large paragraph, article, and any long answer of any question or anything else by remembering the first word or first sentence of the paragraph. This method is immensely used for the examination candidates who follow the association of the first word or first sentence with their answers.
Apart from all these methods, you can improve your memory by practicing various valuable exercises. You can play with different types of numerical games which have been published in magazines or newspaper; puzzles can play with color cube puzzles, Sudoku and so on. You can also try to remember the past days or see the photos in any tour, think about the detail tour program. The rate of memorization can be increased by doing the brain active.
