    Dear Khushboo,
Biotin is a vitamin which is found in small amounts in many food items. It is quite safe if you are consuming a limited amount of biotin and specially via mouth.
Anything if consumed in excess is definitely going to have certain side effects but biotin is that wonderful vitamin which can be even given in pregnancy and breast feeding without even thinking twice and also it is given in excess amounts for patients who are on kidney dialysis. If it would have such side effects then why would it be recommended.
