    Dear Balamurugan,

In regards to your question I would like to say that anything in excess can be mad. Then how a water in excess can be good. The ideal calculation to find out the requirement of water is 33ml per Kg current body weight .
For people who are suffering from Kidney disorders or water retention they should be consuming 15 ml-20 ml per Kg current body weight depending upon the severity of the medical problem it can be further reduced.
People who are on fat burners or high fiber diet should consume 40-45 ml per kg current body weight.
In short I want to explain you that anything can be excess for me but it can be normal for you.Hence it is difficult to judge.
