first paragraph says “or rich in uric acid”, why would you do that when it is uric acid that you need to reduce as its uric acid crystals that are causing the pain in the joint. That cant be right and following that advice can surely only make things worse for gout sufferers (which i am one). Getting this wrong make you wonder how accurate the rest of your article is.
Hello james firstly I apologise for the typing mistake which has been made in the article the choice of food is absolutely correct but the matter saying rich in uric acid was a mistake, there are no foods rich in uric acid varies it is the purine content in the food which increases the uric acid levels in blood.
I also have pain in my big toe after consuming lemon in water. If lemon dissolves uric acid, why am I feeling this pain. I don’t dispute what you are saying about lemons and gout, just confused and scared to use them…… Thanks.

I have been taken medicinces (no uric 300mg) advised by doctor and completed the course 2 times (1 tab daily) for 2 months. I have pain and swelling in my fingers joint and wrist.
