    Should you take all these supplements everyday or just certain ones. I don’t have a bowel movement for a wk or more then I get bad stomach cramps and get mixed diarrhea and regular stool with nuesea

      Hello Stacy, I suggest taking 1 for at least 2 months like you can start with pre and probiotics along with High fibre foods and check if you are sufferening with IBS in case yes then you can avoid lactose and gluten and focus on other things in diet and then you can start with L glutamine which helps gut lining to heal
