1. Coconut Milk

3. Natural Facial Paste

Make a paste by using one and half tablespoon of wheat flour and few drops of lime juice. Regularly apply this paste to your face, leave it for 5-10 minutes and wash it off. Do this twice daily and observe the difference in your skin. This is a good home tip.

Note: For oily skin use gram flour instead of wheat flour.

4. Skin Moisturizer

Take some yogurt, add few teaspoons of orange juice to it along with few drops of lemon juice. Mix it thoroughly to form a paste. Apply this mask on your face and keep it for about 15 minutes and then wipe it off. This will leave your skin naturally moisturized. 5. Protein Mask- Skin Nourishment

Take a handful of Urad dal (black gram) and 5-6 almonds which have been soaked overnight. Grind this mixture into a fine paste and apply this pack on your face and wash it off after half an hour. This protein mask will nourish your skin and enhance your complexion.

One proven benefit of castor oil is it helps you to get rid of your wrinkles. Apply pure castor oil on your wrinkles and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash it off using cold water. 10. Sunscreen Lotion

Before going for head wash, massage your hair with warm coconut oil or apply hibiscus petals paste to your hair.

1. Thin Hair

Take few hibiscus flowers and boil it along with coconut oil. Strain it and use to control hair loss and thinning of hair. Or instead of hibiscus, you may also use curry leaves for strong healthy hair.

2. Herbal Hair Oil for Strong and Dandruff Free Hair

Soak mehendi leaves along with amla pieces overnight, grind to make a paste. Now take 150 ml of coconut oil in a cooking vessel and add the above paste to it. Keep on a low flame until all moisture evaporates. Filter it and regularly use  for strong and dandruff free hair.

3. For Shiny Hair

Use 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a cup of water will give you a great hair rinse that removes product buildup and makes your hair shaft smother, resulting in shinier hair. You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a pleasant scent.

Nail Growth

Apply garlic juice to nails for their better growth. Dip your nails in lemon juice to remove any nail stains.

Essential Oils

You may use olive oil as eye make-up remover. It also moisturizes the delicate skin around your eyes and nourishes your lashes.

Exfoliating Body Scrub

Combine kaolin clay, glycerin, fresh pineapple (it contains an enzyme called bromelain that helps remove dead skin cells), ground rice and sweet olive oil. Mix, and use it as a bath scrub.
