With numbers being added to our age, the amount of calcium in our body reduces. For a woman, the risk is even more. Pregnancy leads to wear and tear of the body, diminishing many of the nutrients. In the rigorous process of the womb growing larger and the birth of the child, much of the calcium is exhausted. Bones become brittle. In most cases, we suffer from diseases like arthritis. It is then; we need to invest in calcium in our body, in a process to replenish the reducing stock.
