Pomegranate has too many beneficial things in it. Starting from protein to fat to carbohydrates. It has also got fibers and sugars. Rich in iron and calcium, it should be intaken daily. The final food and the very necessary one is eating liver. This is heme iron i.e iron from an animal source. This iron is better absorbed by our body than the iron whose source is plant. The liver is rich in iron and it produces iron. Have organ meat. Chicken’s liver is rich in iron. It is also source if copper, zinc and B12.
